Steam conditions, generally use a small angle.

In the selection and design process of the plate heat exchanger, in addition to the need to consider the flow and temperature, the design also needs to consider the flow rate of the medium between the plates. Generally speaking, if the water is designed, the flow rate between the plates of the water should be controlled between 0.3m/s and 0.8m/s. If it is not met, the pressure drop can be reduced, the surplus can be increased, or the replacement model can be used. Adjustment.
