Use of multi-effect evaporator equipment

Multiple effect evaporator, fermentation industry, starch/starch sugar industry, fruit juice, beverage industry, pharmaceutical industry, environmental protection industry in sprinkled trough, taste semen, fermentation filtrate material liquid, corn blades, starch wastewater, starch syrup, xylose liquid water, fruit juice, vegetable juice, soybean whey, liquid cream, with a high concentration of organic and chemical wastewater of evaporative enrichment equipment.

 

The waste water enters the three-effect heater and is heat exchanged with the second-effect secondary steam. After the waste water is heated by the third effect heater, the water in the waste water vaporizes into secondary steam, and the concentration of the waste water in the evaporator is increased. The waste water into the first-effect evaporator will conduct heat exchange with the primary steam, and a large amount of water in the waste water will be evaporated. The secondary steam generated will enter the second effect heater as the heat source. When the concentration of the first effect waste water continues to be increased, the waste water will enter the second effect evaporator under the vacuum pressure difference. Secondary steam from the second effect enters the third effect as a heat source. When the material in the second effect mould reaches the required supersaturated concentration, the discharge pump is started for centrifugal drying. The whole evaporation process is cross-flow evaporation, continuous feed, continuous discharge. After three - effect evaporation treatment, the salt removal rate can reach 98%- 99%.
