During the use of the tubular heat exchanger, the action of the medium on the pipe, corrosion, etc. may cause damage to the pipe. Therefore, the heat exchanger is often inspected in order to detect the fault in time and take corresponding measures for repair. On the inner and outer walls of the tubes of the tube heat exchanger, due to the frequent presence of the medium, it is easy to form a layer of scale, which should be removed in time. The method for removing the scale on the inner wall of the pipe can be repaired by mechanical method and chemical descaling method.


The tube bundle of the tube heat exchanger is arranged by a plurality of tubes, and it is necessary to periodically check whether the tube has a leak. The specific leak detection method is to set a sampling nozzle at the low pressure outlet end of the cooling water to periodically sample the cooling water. Analyze the test. If the cooling water contains a component of the cooled medium, there is a leak in the tube bundle. Then use the pressure test method to check which tubes in the tube bundle are leaking.


When inspecting, first add a blind plate to one end of the tube bundle, and immerse the tube bundle in the pool, and then use compressed air with a pressure of not more than 1×100000 Pa to pass through each nozzle for testing. When compressed air is introduced into a nozzle, if there is a bubble in the pool, it indicates that the official has a leak and can be marked on the nozzle.
