The loading capacity of the industrial mixing tank should be strictly in accordance with the effective volume of the stirred tank. It is strictly forbidden to use the overload to avoid burning the motor or damaging the reducer and other components.


If the industrial mixing tank is not used for a long time, it should be completely cleaned, and the lubricating oil should be injected everywhere and the power supply should be cut off. There is also a description of the heating and cooling method of industrial mixing tanks. Generally, the unit of use depends on whether the material is heated or dried or cooled. In the custom range, the temperature should be below 200 ° C, the use pressure is less than 0.1Mpa. The heating method can be determined according to the production conditions of the unit of use.


Industrial mixing tanks are heated by medium circulation such as hot oil and direct electric heating. The medium circulation such as hot oil is the heat transfer oil is heated to a certain temperature in another heated tank, and then transported by a hot oil pump; the direct heating is to directly install an electric heating tube on the jacket to heat the heat transfer oil to a desired temperature ( The temperature can be adjusted according to the actual situation). The cooling cycle uses water to circulate inside and outside the jacket so that the material does not cause agglomeration or stickiness at a certain temperature. It can also be heated or cooled according to the user's request to increase the coil or the like.
