Industrial mixing tanks are used for mixing, blending, blending and other materials, and are widely used in food, pharmaceutical, biochemical, pigment and other industries. Its structure is usually composed of five parts: tank body, stirring device, heat transfer device, shaft sealing device and fittings. The design structure and configuration can be standardized and humanized according to the requirements of the production process.


The tank of the industrial mixing tank is a container for mixing and stirring the materials, and provides space for the mixing of the materials. The tank body is composed of a cylinder body and upper and lower sealing heads. The general structure is closed or can be designed to be open according to the process. And in the selection of materials must also meet the requirements of the material.


The function of the industrial mixing tank is to mix two or more materials, so its stirring device is the core component of the mixing tank. In order to make the materials evenly mixed, the agitator can be selected according to the mixed materials. The stirring device is composed of a stirring shaft and a stirrer, and the stirrer is driven by the electric motor to the appropriate rotating speed through the reducer, and then driven by the coupling.


The mixing shaft of the industrial mixing tank is dynamic when working, the head is static, and the stirring shaft is connected to the head, so the seal must be sealed where the stirring shaft is connected to the head. It is to maintain the pressure in the mixing tank to prevent the reaction material from escaping and impurities from infiltrating.


Industrial mixing tanks are generally equipped with heat transfer devices for heating or cooling according to production requirements to meet different process and production needs. The heat transfer device generally refers to a jacket or a coil of a can body, and a heat transfer medium is introduced into the jacket or the coil for heat transfer. The heating form of the tank body is jacketed electric heating, coil heating, steam heating, and the like.
