1. Influence of pressure:

When the temperature changes rapidly, the line expansion coefficient and elastic deformation of the rubber gasket as well as the seal preload do not match, which reduces the seal preload and results in much lower pressure of the device than the rated design pressure.


It can be seen that the sealant pad is a very core part of the heat exchanger, which directly affects the operation effect of the equipment. Therefore, in order to maintain good work efficiency, it is necessary to check, inspect and maintain regularly, so as to reduce the occurrence of faults and extend the service life.
