The spiral shape of the heat exchanger tube can improve the turbulence effect of the heat exchanger to the maximum and improve the heat transfer efficiency significantly. The heat transfer efficiency can be improved by 4.6 times if the inner shell and tube are designed asymmetrically. Because of this asymmetrical design, shell and tube heat exchangers lead in steam - water heat exchange.
