When the heating reactor is cooled, the water can be internally cooled by the cooling coil, and the rapid cooling is prohibited, so as to prevent excessive temperature difference stress, causing cracks in the cooling coil and the kettle body. When the temperature in the kettle exceeds 100 °C during operation, the water jacket between the magnetic stirrer and the kettle lid should pass through the cooling water to ensure that the water temperature is less than 35 °C to avoid demagnetization of the magnetic steel.

 

Before heating, the heating reactor should be carefully checked for any abnormalities. During normal operation, the upper cover and the terminal block on the touch panel should not be opened to avoid electric shock; it is strictly prohibited to operate with pressure; during the pressure test with nitrogen, carefully Observe the change of the pressure gauge, reach the pressure test pressure, and immediately close the nitrogen valve switch; the heating rate should not be too fast, and the pressure should be slow, especially the stirring speed, only allow the slow speed increase. According to the purpose of the agitation process and the flow state caused by the agitator, the slurry type to which the process is applied is judged, which is a relatively suitable method.

 

The heated reactor has excellent anti-corrosion properties and is resistant to various concentrations of acids, bases, salts, strong oxidants, organic compounds and all other highly corrosive chemical media. It is an ideal product to solve the problem of high temperature dilute sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid and various organic acids.
