Stirring method and performance requirements of resin reactor

Resin reactors, like other reactors, are mostly gap-operated, sometimes to ensure product quality, each batch needs to be cleaned after discharge; therefore, the top of the resin reactor is equipped with quick opening manholes and hand holes. It is convenient for sampling, measuring volume, observing the reaction situation and entering the internal maintenance of the equipment.


Regarding the stirring problem during the use of the resin reactor, the reaction solvent is usually placed in the inner layer to perform a stirring reaction, and the interlayer can be heated or cooled by a different cold and heat source. The material in the reaction kettle is heated or cooled by constant temperature by injecting a constant temperature hot-dissolving medium or a cooling medium through the reaction vessel interlayer.


At the same time, the stirring reaction can be carried out under normal pressure or under negative pressure according to the use requirements. The material is reacted in the reaction kettle, and the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution can be controlled. After the reaction is completed, the material can be discharged from the discharge port of the bottom of the resin reaction kettle, and the operation is extremely convenient.


The resin reactor with good performance should meet the requirements of chemical kinetics and transfer process, and achieve fast reaction speed, good selectivity, high conversion rate, many target products and few by-products. At the same time, it can input and output in time and effectively. Heat, maintain the heat balance of the system, and make the reaction process at a suitable temperature; in addition, it must have sufficient mechanical strength and corrosion resistance to meet the pressure requirements of the reaction process, to ensure the durability of the equipment, and to produce safe and reliable.
