In most cases, stainless steel reactors are used indoors, but if multiple high-pressure stainless steel reactors need to be installed, they must be placed separately; and each operation room should have outlets that lead directly to the outdoors or aisles. , should ensure that the equipment location is well ventilated.


When installing kettle lids for stainless steel reactors, the seal surfaces between kettle lids should be prevented from colliding with each other. The kettle lids can be carefully placed on the kettle body in a fixed position. When the main nut is tightened, it must be pressed diagonally. Sequentially tighten several times symmetrically. The force should be uniform and the kettle lid must not be tilted to one side in order to achieve a good sealing effect.


In the positive and negative nut joints of the stainless steel reactor, only positive and negative nuts shall be rotated. The two arc sealing surfaces shall not rotate relative to each other. When all nuts pattern couplings are assembled, they shall be coated with lubricating oil. Some needle valves used in the equipment are sealed with a tyke, and only a slight rotation of the valve needle is required to press the cover tightly to achieve a good sealing effect.


After the stainless steel reactor is installed, it is necessary to manually turn the rotary body on the kettle to check whether the operation is flexible. At the same time, the controller should be placed flat on the operating table, its working environment temperature is 10-40 °C, relative humidity is less than 85%, the surrounding medium does not contain conductive dust and corrosive gases.


Followed by careful examination of the stainless steel reactor panel and the rear panel of the movable parts and fixed contacts are normal, pull the lid, check whether the contact connector loose, whether due to shipping and poor storage and damage or corrosion. After the operation is completed, it can be naturally cooled, cooled by water, or placed on a stand for air cooling. After the temperature drops, the pressurized gas is released from the kettle to reduce the pressure to atmospheric pressure. Then, the main nut is loosened symmetrically. The main nut is then removed, and then the lid is carefully removed and placed on the support.


After each stainless steel reactor is used, the kettle body and residue on the kettle lid must be removed; the main sealing port should be cleaned frequently and kept clean, and no wiping with hard objects or surface roughness is allowed to ensure that the equipment can remain intact. Good condition.
