Stainless reactor operation precautions and production process

In the stainless reactor, in the production process, some products need to be placed outdoors. Stainless steel should be treated with full-area pickling and passivation after processing. The stainless steel reactor is subjected to a corresponding salt spray test in a product which is usually pickled and passivated.

It is also a feasible way to use electrostatic powder coating for stainless reactor. This is much better than ordinary spray paint. The weatherability of good powder is also quite good, and the adhesion is better than spray paint, but its process requirements are very high. The phosphating must be strictly in place. For the interface part, or where there is soldering, try to maintain its flatness, otherwise it will have a great impact on the surface treatment performance. If it is rough and uneven, it can be polished properly.

Stainless reaction kettle driving precautions

1. Before the feeding, the stirrer of the reaction kettle should be opened. If there is no noise and normal, the material should be added to the stainless steel reaction kettle. The amount of feed should not exceed the process requirements.

2. Before opening the steam valve, open the air valve first, then open the air inlet valve. Open the steam valve should be slow, so that it is preheated to the jacket, and gradually increase the pressure inside the jacket is not allowed to exceed the specified value.

3. Stainless steel reactor steam valve and cooling valve can not be started at the same time, and the steam pipe is not allowed to hammer and collide when it is over-gas.

4. When opening the cooling water valve, first open the water valve and then open the water valve. The cooling water pressure must not be lower than 0.1 MPa, nor higher than 0.2 MPa.

5. For water ring vacuum pumps, the water must be supplied after the pump is turned on. When the pump is stopped, the pump should be stopped and the water should be stopped first, and the water in the pump should be excluded.

6. Check the operation of the reactor at any time and find that the abnormality should be stopped for maintenance.
