Several common types of corrosion failure in heat exchangers

1. Uniform corrosion occurs on the entire exposed surface of the medium, or on a larger area, and the macroscopic uniform corrosion failure is called uniform corrosion.


2. Contact corrosion two kinds of metal or alloy with different potential are in contact with each other and immersed in the solution of electrolyte solution. There is an electric current between them.
