The choice of seals at the junction of the chemical reactor is particularly important for sealing effects, safe use, cost savings, and the like. At the time of selection, the basis for the seal selection should be clarified first, including the working pressure in the kettle, the nature of the working materials, and the operating temperature of the equipment.


Secondly, it is necessary to clarify the types of seals used in chemical reactors, one is packing seals; the other is mechanical seals, which are also divided into single-machine seals, the single-machine seals also include water jackets, and the double-machine seals are more complicated, except for water jackets. It also includes matching brackets, balance tanks, etc.


There is also a magnetic seal. In the chemical reaction kettle, the magnetic drive device is a key component for material mixing and an essential component for high-pressure environments, so it is indispensable. Generally, the magnetic transmission device is used for sealing the components of the agitation, and under high pressure, the reliability of the dynamic seal between the agitating shaft and the reactor can be effectively solved.


Magnetic transmission devices are generally made of ferromagnetic materials, and the magnetic permeability of the device is very obvious. When the magnetic field passes through the layer for sealing the alloy, there is almost no loss, and thus the rotating magnetic field generated by the external permanent magnet can be effectively accepted by the internal permanent magnet rotor, thereby driving the stirring component in the reactor to the material. Stir and mix.
