When processing the heat exchange tubes in the tube heat exchanger, firstly, it must have an accurate length dimension to ensure the connection between the tube and the tube sheet; after cutting, the tube end needs to be smoothed to ensure the welding quality; The pipe shall be inspected one by one before assembly; in general, the whole pipe shall be used. When the length of the existing pipe cannot meet the requirements of the pipe, the welding butt joint may be considered, but 100% non-destructive inspection shall be performed, and the welding stress shall be eliminated; The surface of the heat pipe must not be scratched, especially austenitic stainless steel.
