After continuous development and improvement, the types of stirred tanks have become more and more complete, and the functions of the products have become more and more powerful. As a typical magnetic stirring tank, it is often compared with common mechanically sealed reaction tanks. The structure is obvious and magnetic. The stirring tank is more advantageous, but it is still necessary to understand the difference between the two, and then choose the actual situation.


The distinguishing feature of the magnetic stirring tank is that its stirrer adopts a magnetic static sealing stirrer. The difference between this stirrer and the traditional mechanical sealing stirrer is that the magnetic seal can be reached without leakage, especially suitable for the need of flammable and explosive. , Poisonous, precious medium and other media under high temperature, high pressure, high speed and other conditions under the reaction.


The magnetic stirring tank can be divided into two types, one is driven by the end surface magnetic force, this kind of magnetic stirring torque is small, suitable for the conditions of small material viscosity, the highest stirring speed can reach 1500 rpm/min; and the other is through the ring direction. Permanent magnet drive, this kind of magnetic stirring torque is large, suitable for the conditions of large material viscosity, and its stirring speed is up to 800 rpm.


The magnetic stirring tank model can be determined by the customer according to the nature of the material and the need during the reaction. Compared with the traditional reaction tank, the magnetic stirring can avoid the gap between the stirring shaft and the lid of the kettle when the mechanical seal is stirred. Therefore, for reactions with pressures greater than 2 MPa, magnetic stirrers should be used to avoid leakage of gaseous materials.


Because the mechanical sealed reactor adopts a tight pressure sealing method in the agitator shaft and the lid of the reactor, the rotational speed of the agitator shaft is very low, and it can not be applied in the reaction with high material stirring speed, and the stirring speed of the magnetic agitating tank can reach 1000 RPM, so it applies to industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, dye and microbiology engineering.
