The outer coil reactor can be used in different production areas to complete different processes. From the overall analysis, the outer coil reactor has the characteristics of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, sanitation, no environmental pollution, no need for automatic boiler heating, convenient use, etc., widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye , medicine, food, used to complete the vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, hydrocarbonization, polymerization, condensation and other processes.


In response to the requirements of different customers, in the actual production process, the outer coil reactor is in the process of the process reaction, based on the premise of the full mixing of the participating reactants, for the physical changes of heating, cooling and liquid extraction and gas absorption. Agitating devices are required to achieve good results. Under normal circumstances, there is a discharge hole in the lower part of the reactor body, and a stirrer is arranged in the kettle, and the process tube hole is filled with a feed, agitation, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, steam extraction and fractionation, and safety venting.


In the structural design, the heating coil of the outer coil reaction kettle will be provided with inlet and outlet oil (steam), temperature measurement, venting and other connection holes, which can be heated or cooled by steam, heat transfer oil and water. According to the material production requirements and user needs, determine the pressure, temperature, material, type of stirring device, speed, sealing structure, heating method, etc. The reactor has various specifications, and the pressure is 10 MPa, and the volume ranges from 0.1 to 10 cubic meters.


Compared with the ordinary reaction kettle, the main differences in the structural design of the outer coil reactor are: 1. The spiral outer half tube design reduces the wall thickness of the kettle body and improves the pressure bearing capacity of the kettle body; The device is also suitable for the cooling and cooling process; 3. The energy consumption can be significantly reduced; 4. The overall diameter of the kettle body is reduced, which is beneficial to the layout of the workshop.


That is to say, the structural design has been innovated, thereby improving the heat transfer efficiency of the outer coil reactor. The wall thickness of the kettle body and the lower head is 37.5% and 50% thinner than the wall thickness of the jacket design, so that it can increase the heat transfer coefficient and reduce the heat resistance, and also improve the medium in the coil. The flow rate, high velocity flow medium can effectively prevent fouling of the inner surface of the jacket.


In the outer coil reactor, the ratio of the jacket volume to the half pipe volume is 8, which saves cost and saves steel consumption. However, in the production process of the entire outer coil reactor, it is more complicated than the ordinary jacket reactor, slightly increasing the labor cost of the reactor manufacturer, but overall has more advantages in use and economic benefits.
