The depth of the plate heat exchanger plate gasket groove is detected by a dial indicator. The detection points should be evenly distributed. Each end has 4 points, and the straight line on each side is detected at 3 points per meter length. The corrugation depth of the plate is detected by a dial indicator, and the distribution of the detection points should meet certain requirements. For example, from the horizontal centerline of the plate, the length per meter in the longitudinal direction of the plate should be no less than 3 rows, and the longitudinal length is less than When 1m, calculate according to 1m; from the longitudinal centerline of the plate, the distance between the detection points along the transverse direction of the plate should be no more than 200mm, and not less than 2 points.


Each batch of plate heat exchanger plates is pumped 3%, and not less than 3 pieces are used for the groove depth and corrugation depth dimension detection of the plate gasket. The plates of the same loading die and the same batch batch material are batched. If the manufacturer specifies the microcrack inspection of the heat transfer plate, the heat transfer plate may be inspected by penetration according to JB/T4730.5 or by fluorescent ultraviolet light.


If it is found that a plate heat exchanger plate is unqualified, it should be tested one by one. The requirement is that the stainless steel plate is pumped 3 times per batch and not less than 2 pieces; the titanium material and other special material sheets are pumped 1% per batch. And not less than 3 pieces; when the demand side has special requirements, it should be tested according to the requirements of the demand side.
