How to use a professional cleaning agent to clean the tube heat exchanger

The tube heat exchanger requires a professional cleaning agent for non-corrosive chemical cleaning. First, it is necessary to isolate the equipment system and discharge the water inside the condenser. After using high-pressure water to clean impurities such as sludge and algae remaining in the pipeline, the system is tested to test the dynamic corrosion rate.


Install the ball valve between the isolation valve and the exchanger. The inlet and return ports should be installed. Connect the transfer pump and the connecting conduit so that the cleaning agent is pumped from the bottom of the condenser and flows out from the top. Start pumping the required cleaning agent into the condenser and repeat the cycle cleaning to the recommended cleaning time.


As the cycle progresses and the sediment dissolves, the gas generated during the reaction increases, and excess air should be vented through the bleed valve at any time. The effectiveness of the cleaning agent should be checked periodically during the cycle and can be measured using a pH test strip. The pH of the final solution remained unchanged at 2-3 for 30 minutes, indicating that the cleaning effect was achieved. After the tube heat exchanger reaches the cleaning time, the cleaning solution is recovered, and the rinsing device is repeatedly rinsed with clean water until it is rinsed to neutrality, and the pH value is 6~7 using a pH test paper.
