( 3 ) The installation and sealing of the kettle body and the kettle cover: use gaskets or cones for the kettle body and the kettle cover The surface is in line contact with the arc surface, and the main nuts are tightened to press them against each other to achieve a good sealing effect; 

( 4 ) The installation of valves, pressure gauges, and safety valves can achieve a sealing effect by tightening the positive and negative nuts; 

( 5 ) After the equipment is installed, let in a certain amount of nitrogen to maintain the pressure for 30 minutes, and check for leakage; 

( 6 ) When cooling down, water can be used for internal cooling through the cooling coil, and rapid cooling is prohibited; 

( 7 ) Safety device :Using positive arch metal rupture disc; 

( 8 ) After the reaction is completed, first cool down, and then release the gas in the kettle to the outside through the pipeline, so that the pressure in the kettle is reduced to normal pressure; 

( 9 ) The pressure in the kettle is reduced to normal pressure. 

Cleaning: After each operation, use cleaning fluid (the cleaning fluid should be used to avoid corrosion to the main material) to remove the residues on the kettle body and the sealing surface, and it should be cleaned frequently and kept clean.
