In chemical plants, we often use resin reactors. The resin reactor is a resin material used to carry out chemical reaction. In the operation of the resin reactor, in order to ensure the safety of the equipment, in addition to strengthening safety education and training, on-site safety management, strengthening the maintenance of equipment, preventing the formation of explosive mixtures, timely cleaning the scale in the equipment pipeline, and controlling the access. In addition to the material flow rate, the use of explosion-proof electrical equipment and good grounding, it must be operated strictly in accordance with the safe operating procedures and the post operating safety regulations.


In the operation of the resin reactor, the process parameters such as temperature, pressure, feed amount and reflux ratio should be strictly controlled. When the steam is heated, the valve opening degree should be suitable to prevent the material from evaporating rapidly and the internal pressure of the system rises sharply. Always pay attention to keep the equipment piping of the distillation system unblocked, prevent the ingress and egress of the pipeline, and the valve is blocked and the pressure is raised. To avoid low-boiling substances and water entering the high-temperature distillation system, the condensate in the kettle, tower and auxiliary equipment must be drained before the high-temperature distillation system is started to prevent sudden contact with high-temperature materials and instantaneous vaporization and pressurization, resulting in spraying or explosion. .


On this basis, the resin reactor should have complete temperature, pressure, flow and other instrumentation devices. The vacuum pump for vacuum distillation should be equipped with a one-way check valve to prevent air from entering the system when suddenly stopping. A one-way check valve should also be provided at the junction of the low-pressure system and the high-pressure system to prevent the material of the high-pressure vessel from breaking into the low-pressure system.
