In the kettle structure, there are flat lids, convex lids, and closed reactor bodies with manholes. If necessary, open the hole in the lid of the kettle. In the heating mode, jacketed steam heating, jacketed hot oil electric heating, etc. are available.


In addition, mirror polish can be performed on this kind of reactor if it is required for polishing. If it is a high-viscosity medium, the reactor can be made into a conical bottom to facilitate discharge and cleaning.


3 high pressure reactor cleaning

First, the reactor solvent was charged into the kettle from the exhaust valve to wash away the residue from the kettle. Then, the water was stirred for 10 minutes and then the lid was opened and the inner wall was cleaned. In this process, it should be noted that the kettle cover and sampling valve of the reactor must be cleaned. At the same time, if there is water in the reactor, nitrogen can be charged to help with the cleaning work. In addition, if you do not use a reactor for the time being, you should inject 70% of clean absolute ethanol into the reactor. You can not tighten the screws at this time.


4. The use of high pressure reactor Note

High-pressure reactor This type of reactor should be used at the designated place and used according to the specification. Before use, be sure to know the product's test pressure, pressure and conditions of use, and use within its allowable range. The pressure gauge it uses should always be compared to a standard pressure gauge in order to correct and maintain the accuracy of the gauge.
