Heating and cooling control method in heating reactor

In the heating reactor process, the liquid circulation of the heating and cooling system is closed, the system has an expansion vessel, the expansion vessel and the liquid circulation are adiabatic, do not participate in the liquid circulation, but are mechanically connected, regardless of the liquid circulation. Whether the temperature is high or low, the medium in the expansion vessel is below 60 degrees.


The heating and cooling control in the heating reactor has self-diagnosis function, freezer overload protection, high-pressure pressure switch, overload relay, thermal protection device and other safety functions to ensure the safety of use. At the same time, it is also equipped with a heating and cooling integrated container, the heat exchange area is large, the rate of temperature rise and temperature drop is very fast, and continuous temperature rise and fall can be realized.


The heated reactor realizes temperature adaptive control. The adaptive control system continuously adjusts the PID parameters to give the best control temperature and response time during the process of controlling the process. This process is determined by effective multi-directional measurement. The rate of temperature, temperature change and temperature change is achieved.


Not only that, but the temperature control of the heated reactor can also be monitored and displayed with detailed system information via the PLC touch screen controller. However, it is required that the equipment should be cleaned and kept dry after use to ensure the service life of the heated reactor.
