Different methods for obtaining high temperatures in stainless steel reactor operation

When the operating temperature is high in the stainless steel reactor, there are many ways to obtain high temperature. One is hot steam heating. When the heating temperature of the reactor is not more than 100°C, one steam below the atmospheric pressure can be used to heat; if it is heated When the temperature is in the range of 100 to 180°C, saturated steam is used. When the temperature of the reactor is higher, high-pressure superheated steam may be used.


The other type is water heating, which is generally used when the temperature of a stainless steel reactor is not high. This type of heating system is divided into open and closed type. The open type is composed of a circulation pump, a water tank, a pipeline, and a regulator of a control valve. When high-pressure water is used, the mechanical strength of the equipment is required to be high.


Another type of electric heating is to wind the resistance wire around the insulating layer of the stainless steel reaction vessel body, or to install it on an insulated body at a certain distance from the reaction vessel, so that no resistance wire is formed between the resistance wire and the reaction vessel body. Large space clearance.


In addition, stainless steel reactors are also heated with other media. For example, the process requires that the reactor must be operated at a high temperature, or if high pressure heating systems are to be avoided, other media may be used instead of water and steam, such as mineral oil, Biphenyl ether mixture, molten salt, liquid lead and so on.


When using steam heating, water heating and other medium heating, it is required to add a jacket on the kettle body of the stainless steel reactor. Due to the large temperature change, the jacket and shell of the kettle are subjected to temperature changes to generate temperature differential stress. Without the need for electric heating just in the reactor, the equipment is light and easy, the temperature is easy to adjust, and no other auxiliary facilities are required.
