The electric heating reactor is a kind of heating reactor. It has two different materials, stainless steel and porcelain enamel. Although the heating reactors of these two kinds of materials are relatively clean, because the inner surface finish of the heated reactor with enamel material is higher than that of a stainless steel heated reactor, the former is more suitable for some materials with large viscosity. From a performance point of view, stainless steel is alkali-resistant, enamel acid-resistant; ultra-low temperature is generally stainless steel.


In the case where both glass-lined reactors and stainless steel reactors are suitable, the former is generally preferred because the glass reactors are relatively inexpensive; however, the latter can achieve high pressure operating requirements. The stainless steel tank is broken and easy to repair, while the glass-lined heating reactor is difficult to repair, and it is easier to blast the porcelain during hoisting, welding, rapid temperature change or impact.


The main electric heating reactor should decide the equipment according to the performance of product reaction. The enamel and stainless steel have their own characteristics. They can use stainless steel to make stainless steel as much as possible. It is convenient for installation, maintenance, heating and cooling, which can increase production efficiency and reduce Cost of production.


When using a stainless steel electric heating reactor, the medium in the kettle must not be chloride ions, even if it is a small amount. Because of the high temperature during welding, the chromium content in the grain boundary and the carbonization of the reactor at this time, the chromium content in the grain boundary is reduced to form the chromium-depleted zone. Therefore, in the suitable etching solution, the “chromium carbide-lean chromium zone” battery is formed. The chromium boundary in the grain boundary is corroded.


According to different circumstances to choose, do not worry about the heat transfer efficiency of the enamel material heating reactor, this is only relatively speaking. The key is to choose the equipment to be able to meet the performance of the product.
