Classification by heat transfer principle

5, the complex heat exchanger is equipped with two kinds of heat transfer methods: indirect heat transfer of soda water surface type and direct mixed heat transfer of water and water. Compared with the indirect heat transfer of soda face, it has higher heat transfer efficiency. Compared with the direct mixing heat transfer of soda, it has higher stability and lower unit noise.


By use


Heater the heater heats the fluid to the necessary temperature, but there is no phase change in the heated fluid.


2. Preheater the preheater heats the fluid in advance to provide standard process parameters for the process operation.


Superheater a superheater is used to heat a fluid (process gas or steam) to an overheated state.


Evaporator evaporator is used to heat the fluid, reach the boiling point above the temperature, the fluid evaporation, generally there is a phase change.


In addition, if it is classified by structure, there are floating head heat exchanger, fixed tube-plate heat exchanger, u-shaped tube-plate heat exchanger, plate heat exchanger and so on.
