The connecting pipe of the stainless steel heat exchanger should be properly treated in order to prevent the weight on the pipe and the tensile or thrust of the thermal expansion and contraction from acting on its connecting flange. Practice has proved that the connecting pipe of the stainless steel heat exchanger should be equipped with a 90° elbow; before the inlet valve, there should be a drain valve, and the water and dirt in the pipe should be drained before starting to prevent water hammer and belt from starting. At the same time, the material pipe of the stainless steel heat exchanger shall be provided with a bypass and a valve, and the bottom pipe shall be provided at the lowest place; and the joint for testing the water pressure shall be provided, and the water pressure test of the channel on both sides shall be respectively tested before opening. In addition, thermometers and pressure gauges should be installed at each connection port of the stainless steel heat exchanger. When heated with steam, the temperature of the condensation water should be only slightly lower than the steam temperature, and it must be equipped with a good steam condensation water removal device.


When connecting the stainless steel heat exchanger pipe, first cut the welding port with a narrow cutter, the depth is related to the equipment model, different models have different depths; after the second welding, the total height should not be More than 0.2 mm, keep the original size as much as possible. This ensures the normal clearance of the internal parts and the formation of the locking disc.
