Application of three cycles of chemical reactor

Increasing the reaction rate generally adopts three modes of gas external circulation, liquid external circulation and gas internal circulation, and is fully applied in the chemical reaction kettle. The gas external circulation is to take the reaction gas out of the gas phase space, and the gas is pressurized by the compressor and then introduced from the bottom of the reactor. Under the cooperation of the magnetic stirrer, a larger gas holding capacity and a contact area can be obtained, thereby improving the reaction. The rate has the advantage that an arbitrary amount of gas circulation can be obtained.


The liquid external circulation is to extract the reaction liquid from the bottom of the reactor by a centrifugal pump, and to suck the reaction gas in the gas phase space of the reactor through the venturi tube, and thoroughly mix and disperse in a venturi tube to obtain very fine bubbles and chemical reaction. The kettle greatly increases the gas-liquid contact area and the reaction rate. The advantages of the liquid external circulation type are that the reaction rate is fast, the production can be continuous, and the heat transfer of the chemical reaction tank is convenient.


The gas-liquid internal circulation is a reaction device that can directly inhale the gas in the upper space of the reactor for gas-liquid contact without using an additional gas conveying machine. The chemical reaction kettle is continuously sucked in while the liquid is mixed by a specially designed hollow turbine agitator. The reaction gas on the surface achieves the purpose of gas-liquid circulation and dispersion.
