The liquid circulation of the whole system is heated and cooled in industrial reactor processing. The system is equipped with an expansion vessel. The expansion vessel and liquid circulation are adiabatic and do not participate in liquid circulation. They are only mechanical connections, regardless of whether the temperature of the liquid circulation is high or low. The medium in the expansion vessel is below 60 degrees.


Industrial reactors have self-diagnosis functions, freezer overload protection, high-pressure pressure switches, overload relays, thermal protection devices and other safety functions to ensure safe use. At the same time, it is equipped with a heating and cooling integrated container, the heat exchange area is large, the rate of temperature rise and temperature drop is very fast, the demand for heat transfer oil is also relatively small, and continuous temperature rise and fall can be realized.


The refrigeration heat exchanger in the industrial reactor adopts a high-force plate heat exchanger, which has high heat exchange efficiency and small floor space. The whole cycle is closed, no oil mist is volatilized at high temperature, the heat transfer oil will not be oxidized and browned; the water vapor in the air will not be absorbed at low temperature; the life of the heat transfer oil is prolonged.


Since the temperature is adaptively controlled, the adaptive control system continuously adjusts the PID parameters to give the process the best control temperature and response time during the process of controlling the process. This process is effective by multi-directional measurement of temperature. The rate of temperature change and temperature change is achieved. In addition, the automatic diagnosis and system monitoring functions of the industrial reactor can be monitored and displayed with detailed system information through the PLC touch screen controller.
